- Smoked Salmon slices
- chopped onion
- chopped parsley
- Sturgeon smoked fillet, or bacon or smoked xambon
- Salt and pepper
- Iranian Beluga Caviar (Optional)
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- dried mint
Place smoked salmon on toast then add onion and parsley. Join the smoked sturgeon or bacon or xambon with them and add salt and pepper if necessary.
Mix olive oil, fresh lemon juice, sesame, dried mint and salt together and poor them on your previously prepared toast.
For a 2x joy of eating, you can add some Iranian caviar to it for a heavenly taste.
